The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation; and effectively interacting with patients and other health team members while maintaining standards of professional nursing. Work is often performed within tight time constraints.
_What you'll do:_
The primary responsibility of the RN is to ensure patient care is delivered in accordance with nursing practice standards, federal and state regulations, accreditation standards and ACH's mission, vision, values and goals. This includes complying with hospital and department policies, procedures, protocols and guidelines. The RN demonstrates the ability to adapt to varied age-specific patient populations according to established standards; performs timely documentation in the patient records; maintains records, logs, preparation of reports, documents, statistical surveys and other data as required; evaluates and performs ongoing assessments and reassessments based on department standards and patient condition; develops and revises plan of care based on new data and patient's condition; collaborates with other nurses and health team members to ensure the patient's well being and continuity of care; teaches patient appropriate health information and discharge instructions in a timely manner; administers medications according to policy and procedures; participates in the orientation and training of new personnel and nursing students; provides support to other positions as needed; and works as a team player at all levels to support hospital administration, management, and staff.
_What you must have:_
Graduate of accredited school of nursing - Associate's degree or above.
Registered Nurse (RN) licensed by Oregon State Board of Nursing.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certified by American Heart Association.
ACLS, PALS certifications.
Preferred Qualifications Include:
2-3 years of clinical experience.
Bachelors in Nursing.
Bilingual in Spanish.
UNIT SPECIFIC CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS in addition to BLS:
Emergency Dept: ACLS, PALS, TNCC
ICU: ACLS
Med/Surg: Charge RN needs BLS, ACLS, PALS
Obstetrics: NRP
Same day/PACU/Pain Mgmt: ACLS, PALS
Special Studies: ACLS, PALS
Surgical Services: ACLS, PALSEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
